Notes

Long run. Started off with a 10 minute warm up, then did 5x10 second sprints on 3 minute cycles, so about 2:50 easy jogs in between. Then did a normal long run, working hard and generally having a higher heart rate than usual. Mixed 8 or 9 20 second strides in. Was very very tired and sore/stiff at the end.
