Notes

Interesting workout. 10 minute warm up, then 4x10 second all out sprints with 3 minutes jog in between. Then a few minutes easy. Then 25 minute tempo. Tried to keep it controlled and did pretty well. Heart rate consistently around 160, which is about where it should be. Then 26ish minute cool down. All of my "easy" running today was at a solid effort, and HR reflected that. Typically 135 to 145 I think. Solid for being in the water. Definitely an excellent workout. Thinking off day tomorrow, and going to try walking around at the meet.
