Notes

Standard run 2/walk 2 with 5 minute walk warmup. Didn't feel as good as the last few days, but stride is already feeling smooth. I doubt it looks as good as it feels. Anyways, my toes are aching. Stretching the tendons hard. Started my exercises yesterday with one leg squats, resistance walk, bicep curls, military press, sit ups. Need to do more on the core and figure out some hamstring exercises to do without the fitness ball, which is in Vermont and not with me in Providence. The ball does me well for sit ups too, so it's a bummer I don't have it. I'll be home soon enough though, and when I go back to school I'll be hitting the weights (squats, lunges, hamstring curls, other stuff I can learn about.) The length of this post, after a mere two mile run, indicates the level of excitement I harbor in this return effort. I've been writing up training plans at work.

I digress. After this run, I stretched, and did some core in the sun. Will get on the other exercises after I eat.
