Brutal sesh on the trainer. Hard from the start, 10 minutes moderate, 10 minutes threshold, 2 minutes moderate, 5, 4, 3 hard w/2 minute rests, 10 minutes moderate, 1 minute sprint, 10 minute cool down. Totally wasted at the end. Shot my wad too early. Averaged 168 (goal was 170) and maxed at 193.
