Notes

Really miss running. But I think how much time I spend doing mind-numbing and painful cross training helps to explain.

Well-executed recovery effort to bag 5 hours for the week in the pool. Bummer to miss yesterday or I would’ve had my goal of 6. But you know I’m gonna make up for it on the bike to hit my 10 hour week.
