Notes

Slight hangover, but slept off most of it and had some coffee. Did a 12 minute warm up including 3x20 second strides, 5x5 minutes VO2 max with 2 minutes easy/moderate recovery, then an 11 minute cool down with 2 more strides. Felt pretty strong I think, not sure if I was hitting a hard enough effort besides the last one. Arms were really really tired so it was tough to go fast. Good to be getting in workout in the pool again though. Lap times were slower but that usually happens on these workouts.
