Notes

Crushed a long session on the trainer. Saddle sore is getting bad, and this one felt like forever. Averaged 166 HR. Basically took about 15 minutes easy, then did a long progression/tempo, few minutes easier, hammered 3 minutes, easy section, then another threshold for a while, short cool down-ish. 1427 calories.
