Notes

Tough recovery pool run. Was late getting going as I just feeling tired. Legs are still so sore, tried to take it easier. Knee didn't hurt, though a few times it felt like it was on the threshold of hurting. Keeping my form strong helps. Hoping to get in more training the next few days so I can hit ten hours this week.
