Great run back with Hunter on the grass! I used my GPS watch and was pleased to see that we were running quick, considering that it felt like a jog. I felt absolutely amazing! Maybe cross training helps a lot. The weather was good, and I'm obviously rested, so that helps too. My shin just bugged me the SLIGHTEST bit. Not worried. Fantastic return to running and I'm obviously still in great shape. The lap around the field is indeed just over a quarter mile. Very pumped to get back to training and to race eventually. After the run did 4x20 second strides, working on getting my feet to land under me.
