Slept until 11:45 after staying up until 2:30am, but good recovery from yesterday. Headed out for what felt like a morning run on the grass, and did my usual solid warmup. Walk there, stretch, dynamics, stretch. Felt okay and awful alternatively and ran pretty slow, 2:05-2:07 splits around the soccer field, but that's alright. I got the time in and finished off a 25 mile week. Tomorrow off and then back on 25 next week. I plan to start workouts the week after next if my calves hold up. Glad to be after it!
