Decent solo run. Usually this loop has a number of stops for traffic, but the longest I had to stop for was a second or two, which really doesn't impact the run. I didn't feel as good as I thought I would, but that's okay. The humidity took me by surprise. The wind was refreshing though. I got back to campus in 34-ish minutes so I added on with a loop around the village. Calves felt good during, but tightened up last night and today as I write this. Got the foam roller and going to stretch them out aggressively. Took the day off of exercises. Also ate almost nothing to make up for the day before's glutton-fest. Really happy to be training. Starting strides and speedwork next week, probably pool running once this week and more as I go on. And going to get good running in with Josh!
