This time I walked only 10 minutes before and after the 2 min run/2 walk. I think this is a better plan, and I may cut it down to 5 for the next few days. My right ankle is actually hurting afterward. Only I get could banged up after 3 days of run/walking 2 miles. Though I know that I've been supplementing with too much walking. I'll see how it feels tomorrow; may need to take a day off. I'm very proud of myself to be back at this. I will keep it as a side hobby to my other ambitions.
