Ran with Willie and Ferenc. Chilly day for June, and it may have sprinkled ever so slightly. Felt okay and we ran pretty quickly. I know my splits so well on the this run. 5:00, 6:58, 10:29, 18:13, 25:46 Finished in 33:31, just one second off last week. The way back from the road was much slower than last time because Willie slowed it down. It doesn't matter. I added on a few minutes with him afterwards. Fun to be with him and Ferenc. Foot bugged me today at work but it didn't really on the run. Just another one in the bag.
