Notes
After work, headed over to East Bay. Run 2/walk 2 as usual and felt great. Wasn't tired until way after I was done. Did put in several miles walking in addition to this, as commute to work is about one mile each way, plus walked to the State House and back at lunchtime to hear Jack Reed speak. My phone says 6.65 miles total. Ate very little food today as I wasn't hungry.
