Blazing hot run in the relentless sun. Took the split on each lap and all were within a second of each other (1:49-1:50.) So a bit less than a track. The run really sucked. Was so hot and tired the whole time. Out of shape + heat are a bad combo. But it's in the bag! And I'm really happy my calves survived well. I've been diligent in stretching them and warming up properly. Tomorrow is gonna be 5 miles. Good to be back at school, though I wish there were nicer places to run.
