Notes

Good effort here for 91 minutes on the trainer. Average HR was 163 but that's just because I'm getting back in aerobic shape. Put in a decent effort and was feeling pretty strong though. Did a quick threshold effort (about 12 minutes) about 50 minutes in, and was up near 190 (max 195) for most of it. Moderate/easy the rest of the way. Aerobic fitness is going to get big.
