Notes

Morning run at East Bay. Foot bugging me a bit, but not really when I ran. It was morning, and hot; thus I felt terrible. Tired, heart rate way too high. But I ground out the session. 5 min walk, 8x4 min run/1 min walk, 3 min walk. Did a hard strength workout last night, and have a decent session planned for later today. Happy to have finished out week three at 20 miles, but nervous to start doing 8 minute repeats between walks. Gonna stick with 20 miles for the next week or two.
