Notes

The downward spiral continues, but at least I got in some real work to stop the bleeding. Had a nice long evening on the track on Wednesday, though I'm not sure how much of that can be attributed to 3 days off beforehand. I'm not really bothered by a 17:52 since I did not even attempt to run hard for the last mile, but then again I shouldn't be struggling in the 3rd mile when I've got a 10k coming up. I'm sure doing things correctly like getting rest & not having burgers as a pre race meal & actually warming up could cut that down to lower 17s easily.
