Was on the fence about doing this until about 45 minutes before. Didn't prepare at all (like, AT ALL), so not surprisingly this is what I get. Felt ok through 2 but fell apart hard up the hill. Splits were 5:38, 5:34, & an ugly 6:40 for the last 1.1. Was chatting with the guy who won through 2, so I wasn't really putting much into it, but this was really getting some work in for next weekend. Guess next week's workout is gonna be a hill workout.
