Ran a little harder than normal today. Because of my intent, I did the Run-Walk-Run method. Worked well. Even with the heat, I was impressed by my times and and ease of effort there seemed to be in the physical execution. Because of time and work demands, I had to cut short my planned run. I will try to make up distance on Saturday. Once again, eating a lunch and even though it was about 4 hours later, I could tell what I had for lunch, and so it wasn't pleasant in that regard. Glad I have switched to mornings when able, that seems to work best for me.
