Good to take it inside after the humid and hot weather we are having. Went inside as well so that I could let the treadmill control my pace and take it easy. My legs and drive have been down, even before last week's 10 mile run. I made it through that by RWR, but I skipped Sunday and Monday was a bear. Eating better the last couple of days and trying hard to get real rest. Made a difference today.
