Good morning run. Different than last Friday. Was looking forward to it. Did the Jeff Galloway RunWalkRun method just like I defaulted to last week. I really believe this is helping me deal with the humidity, and allows me to do a longer distance at a better running pace. When going long, I always have to watch my pace so that I can finish. Not saying I don't watch my pace now, but it seems more natural. I don't cut back the training pace as suggested by Jeff, but I don't seem to have a problem. I do pay attention to my HR monitor. My avg HR overall would place my HR at about 70% MHR. Most of my early running paces were under 75% MHR, the later run periods were under 80% MHR. Think I will move up my half marathon plans to the Blue Mountain in Oct. While I would love to go to my originally scheduled one in December, I think this plan will work out better because of another running goal I am establishing.

First time using 4 water bottle on my iFitness belt. Getting started was a little akward because I needed to adjust the belt tighter to deal with the additional water weight. Like the belt and the bottles.

Used the Gymboss today for the first time as well. Loved having it for this kind of interval running. Made it easy and didn't have to 'watch' the watch.
