It was definitely a Monday this morning. Halfway to work when I remembered that I forgot my shirt to change into. That put me about 40 minutes late to start the workout. On top of that, it started to rain about the time I got home. Since it was pouring, everyone headed to the gym. So, being late and having a downpour, I was limited in time on the treadmill because the place was packed. Oh well, I'll see about making it up later.

For my effort today, decided since it was shorter, to push it a little more on the speed after warming up. Nothing I haven't run before, but not on the treadmill. Not displeased with my performance, but I wish the max HR wasn't as high. Other than that, legs felt good. Thinking of moving my Monday run to Sunday, and my Tuesday to Monday. That way I have a better spread, and don't have what amounts to 72 hours between runs. (2 days off in a row)
