Notes

Splits were roughly, 2:00, 2:19, and 2:58. Leg cramps got the best of me around mile 15/16 and were a factor the rest of the race. Hence, the 3 hour split. Nutrition was great, no bonking or dehydration, but I may have had too much salt.
