Rubbish run; fell off really quick and felt that I had to stop at 30 minutes. Possible reasons for this:
a) Cross-trained on the bike the day before and didn't eat anything but protein and sugar inbetween;
b) Ran too fast during miles 1 and 2 (mile 1 is bad pace overall, but there's a period of 7:20 in there which is way fast for me);
c) Wore a running jacket today and was too warm.
I'm going for a) and b) as the likely cause, although I won't wear the jacket again until it gets colder. Need to run the first mile easier to warm up, I think.
