went up to salem to run the wicked half with lindsay w. as part of a tempo long run. it's rare that i do this, but really enjoyed it. warmed up 3. ran half in 1:22:15 (6:17 - nailed mp dead on). last 5k @ sub 19 mins. final three miles: 5:52, 5:55, 5:58. felt ridiculously easy as i passed 5-6 runners over the final stretch. cooled down 5. one more downhill long run tomorrow am with jill, bash, and ej and then shutting it down for two weeks. hard part's almost done!!
