Ass Crack 5K with IronBash as we waited for AC to get her ass out to Tewksbury to start the hill workout. Was fahking cold, but perfect conditions after about 8 miles. 5K out to Catamount, 3 x Catamount, and 5K back to HQ. We had to get IB home before Ash called off the wedding. Sorry bud.
I feel sorry for that Shell gas station owner. He probably went to check to see if there was a glory hole in his bathroom stall.
A couple of things I learned tonight from AC and IB.

Definitely the nastiest workout I've ever been a part of, and the run itself was pretty easy.
