evening track session with everyone else. went solo on the 3200, 1600, 1600, 800, 800 workout. splits: 12:13, 5:39, 5:37, 2:42, and 2:35. ally, lowell sun's athlete of the week, made a good point while we were cooling down: i've seen the sun set and rise every day this week. back at it early tomorrow morning. two weeks to go.
