Notes
This long run with Zornig (Boston to Tewksbury on 2 hrs of sleep, 5 beers, and Denny's the night before. ACK! NO MORE!) tops off 100 miles for the week (PR). Back-to-back 90+ mile weeks with no ill effects. Actually feeling stronger than ever. Tapering next week in anticipation of Andover XC race.
Special Thanks to Erica, EJ, Sully, Lauren, Fil, Festus, and all of the GLRR folks at track, Not Good Times, and Saturday morning group run for helping reach a major milestone in my training.
Looking forward to ramping it up again after Mill Cities.
