Nice and easy spring track workout with the GLRR crew. 4 x 4 x 200's between 30 - 38 per interval. Worked out with Bash and new member, Eric Mottram. Bash took his shirt off so that was worth the price of admission. Ash is such a lucky girl.
Got there late so didn't get chance to warmup. Very humid tonight. The legs are at about 96% recovered from Boston. Looking forward to PR'ing this weekend at James Joyce 10K.
