That was substantially faster than I usually run. My first split was in 7:00.77, and I got a little nervous because I thought I had run under 7:00 and quickened the pace. Apparently too much, but I wasn't winded until I started strides. 6 strides. I'll still try to run more regular routes rather than making random turns cutting through fields.
I'm also going to start keeping track of my bager circut stuff. Abs. Push-ups. Back.
