Maroon miles. I plan to run a measured course tomorrow. ran on 4 hours of sleep. Sunday's long run dehydration actually did have some fallout. I fell asleep a 8pm, which was 10 hour a head of schedule for my body, so I woke up and it was 12:30, and I couldn't get back to sleep, and the same thing happened again for tomorrow. Ah well. There was a road race today that went past my house, but I don't feel like racing when I'm not in a stage of training where I will be favored to break 17:00 in the 5 k. Then again I haven't raced anything since May, its unknown how fast I could have run the 5k. I'll check where I'm at in Mid to late august.
