Maroon Miles. Feel weak. Well, I ran today, I had quite a bit of time off from the log. I'll fill in what I can later. In that time, I had my calves, basically fall apart. I returned more or less healthy. As far as I can tell, Tuesday of 1st week really messed up my upper calves, and the upper calf problems seem to cause some head of fibula and hamstring tendonitis issues. I'm not sure if the Hamstring Tendonitis has flared up or not. As a diagnostic, I had been running 1 mile each day. Thursday was pain free. Yesterday, I ran 3 miles. The plan was to run 3 miles every day, but today I was worse than yesterday, so I'll take it easier.

Nevertheless, I will roll everyday, run at least 1 mile everyday for the next week. If I feel good, I'll run 2. I'm working on upper calf flexibility as I've finally found stretches that accomplish this. I'll keep up with hamstring strengthening. Flexibility is tremendously better than last quarter.

Hopefully, tomorrow will be a better day. This school year has been a terrible chapter in my running career.
