I must have really slowed down the last 2 or 3 miles - when my posture started breaking down. I need to do abs/back more. This was the longest run I've done in Western new york. - Probably my second longest run ever and probablly the longest I stuck to the 7:00 ish pace - alhough it came apart in the last couple of miles when I was hurting. I don't know how Chris can run so much. I took a bit of a beating. My right knee started feeling weak to the upper left of it and lower left, but I continued running since neither of those are where my patellar tendon is. I might want to not increase my mileage for another week... or switch to more grass - just stick to grass.... my right heel also bothered me after mile 9 and my right hamstring started getting tired after mile 10. I hope I wasn't limping or something and throwing everything off. I'll see how I am tomorrow.

Overall, the log records that my mileage dropped slightly. I think this was more because I switched to measuring routes rather than maroon mileage, which was inflating my mileage slightly. In fact, I probably increased a few miles.
