Notes
It was hot and humid today, but I held up much better. We were supposed to go on a ghetto run with alumni, but the alumni didn't show. Garbier, Arthur, and Peverada formed a break away group and went west. I was 20 meters back, and I decided to turn back and go with Berquist, Taylor, Mendez, and Wan, who were all behind me and running along the bridal path. Perhaps my last run with Taylor and Berquist. I noticed my left ankle near the end. I'm kinda tight all over and I have random sore stuff. Also, afterwards, I realized I was running on retired shoes.
