Too windy to run outside, but the temperature was great.
Think I might be dealing with a kidney stone. Just can't put my finger on it, but I don't feel right. Definitely symptoms are there.
Started out at 6.0 and went up .1 mph each mile. At the .5 of each mile I would do a .15 strider at a full 1 mph faster from wherever I was. Ended up the final at 7.1 and 8.1.
