Finishing off the final miles of the Nimbus runners, but will take some b'day $ and go buy 2 new pairs for summer.

Easy, but longer run today based on online training for Grandma's Marathon. Supposed to go 16 miles, but miscalculated a turnaround after finding a bike path ended and had to turn around.

Goal: slow and enjoy the run between 9:30-10:00 miles. Dubuque has some hills you can't avoid. The last one makes your last mile fast no matter how much you try and slow down.

Needing a day of rest. Feeling some pain in my feet and legs today, but with a big increase in miles this week, I figured I'd be sore. Injury free is the key.
