Not a bad easy run. Hip feels good. Still a little swollen. PT and now Dr. has me on some meds for the swelling.
Taking it easy, nothing over a 7:30 pace at tops anywhere today. Flat ground.

Take it easy Ace. Don't try to rush it. Better to heal up, do your therapy and EEAASSEEE back into your running. Xtrng and lots of easy stretching and exercises as recommended are your best bet at this point. Another couple weeks of minimal running and above recommendations will do you wonders. -KH

Thanks. Someone needs to tell me to slow down. I can definitely tell I'm healing, but that hip is not ready for running. Some 3 mile easy running is about it and I'm good with that. My HS is the best it has felt in months. Time to get back into some P90x, Abworkouts and biking again.
