Notes
I'm calling this my first "real" run since the girls were born. I have been running on and off with my guys but nothing real big. Just warm-ups and cool downs during the track season. I felt ok on this run...I think because my legs had no idea what to expect. Felt good to get out the door at a reasonable time. The girls are sleeping through the night for the most part and take a 3 hour nap after their 6:30am feeding, so it gives me some time to run again.
Looking forward to getting back in shape. I'm slow and out of shape!!
Goals: Just to get back in the swing of things.
