Notes

Ran first 9 miles with Erin, negative split the next 9 miles. Went to a Red Wings game the night before and only had 6 hours of sleep. Ate Oatmeal and Banana before run, drank water and hammer heed. Ate a package of Cliff power shots gummies. Felt pretty good, IT band near right hip started to get tight at mile 17.
