Notes
Was windy out, 15 MPH with gust to 25 out of the west. Had oatmeal and banana for breakfast and spaghetti/chicken for dinner the night before. Only drank 10oz of water on the run and 1 Roctane Gu, I took 10oz of Hammer Perpetuem but didn't like it, only had 3 or 4 sips of it on my run. Was dehydrated and tired at the end, but recovered fairly quick.
