FIRST time on the 17th Street Causeway Hills with 1/2 Marathon Training Group. 6 HILL Repeats!
"Ladder" - run from store to bridge; then up/down 3x and rest; up/down 2x and rest; up/down 1 hard; recover.
Felt pretty strong throughout, especially last leg - pretty decent time.
Quads REALLY tight next day!
