Foot felt good today. Funny thing, if I run slower in the first half, I still have energy to maintain pace in the second half. What a concept! I think I have been running too fast in the beginning of my previous long runs and am going to keep them at a 12:45 to 13:00 pace going forward. I really focused on my stride and where my foot landed today. There was a big hill at mile 12 and I was really fatigued in mile 15. Breathing was under control. I feel good, usual soreness after a long run, but no pain.
