set of in miserable wet rainy misty drizzly weather & it stayed the same or got worse as I went round. 1st 3 miles went well felt fresh after weeks rest. Then started going into a light breeze & realised how wet I was. Kept going round to mile 8 then started to fill the nipples getting sore, (wife reckons the blood will come out of the t shirt ...ouch). with the bad weather it got dark quickly & I am now tripping over shadows up on the seawall & end up jarring me right knee & ankle. so finished this run soaked & a bit beat up.
