Set of, running felt strong but not fast tried to go faster but kept missing footing due to dark & wet (think I would have learnt my lesson by now) still had good 1st half of run. Had now settled into a good rhythm but turned into the wind & it felt like I was tied to a bungee rope so all I could do was just maintain best pace, which really gave my lungs a good workout. Pleased with last 2 miles as i kept an even pace going running into the wind.
