went out later today after lunch soon found it to be windy & hard going but got my head down & concentrated on staying ahead of 8:30 bleeps did not lose any time to bleeps right up to mile 8 then I-pod laps went out of sink & got no data for last 2.5 miles but still ahead of bleeps at finish.. splits all over the place reflecting the windy conditions. when I had wind behind I tried to relax & get breath back for when I started into the wind again. but I must of speed up as well. with the wind & conditions I felt this to be a good run. (also 18 sec of PB)
