set out legs still stiff & tight so could not stride out as much so running with a short quick stride, this did lengthen as the legs loosened up a bit. But the run seemed very forced with no flow. Turned in quite a good time 10:42 turned & set of home. Again hard work getting going again but now also going into a breeze & back to the shorter stride pattern. at least the sun ant in me eyes now. Pushed on best I could but only in spurts nothing maintained & lost a minute on the run home.
