trying for a minimum pace of 6.7 all the way round but I knew this was going to be hard after the 1st 3 miles. I was not having to hold myself back at all & found myself to be working hard after 4 miles. The feeling of empty made the rest of the run very hard going. (Garmin stopped early due to virtual runner finishing ???)
