wet & windy. The 1st 3 miles & the last 3 were into the wind & the rest was a cross wind slightly head on. The rain made this harder as it was very cold rain. Don’t remember it raining any more after 6 mile point but from hear the wind was more constant. pushed the last mile, got under the 9 min mark even with the wind doing its best to hinder. (ended this run with a bloody right nipple the result of a wet cotton t-shirt) 5:05 run in
