legs like lead today & also tight which a good 20min stretching before hand could not fully relieve. Set out pushing but all too soon I was working & breathing hard. Kept this going & turned in 10:33. run home was into a breeze that slowed me more than it should of. Tried to shorten stride & up the tempo to increase the pace. This lead to running in spurts, fast till knackered, slow till I got me breath back then of I went again.
